- 7 - 14 days of post-launch support.

- SEO or marketing services
- Large redesigns (quoted separately)
- Ongoing hosting/maintenance after launch.
- Ongoing updates/content edits after handoff.
- Ongoing support beyond the defined support period.
After launch, you can manage the site yourself or move to our maintenance plan.
Landing Page
Landing Page (one-time)

What's Included
- One custom landing page (desktop & mobile responsive).
- Up to 5 content sections (I.E. Hero, About, Services, Contact, etc.).
- Contact form or single CTA button integration.
- Basic speed/performance optimization.
- One revision round after first draft.
- Initial launch/deployment.
- 7 days of post-launch bug fixes.
What's Not Included
- Multi-page websites or extra pages beyond the landing page.
- Blog, CMS/dashboard, or advanced admin features.
- E-commerce, bookings, memberships, or custom web app functionality.
- Ongoing monthly updates/maintenance (unless on maintenance plan.).
- Advanced SEO strategy, keyword research, or marketing campaigns.
- Copywriting from scratch, logo design, or brand identity packages.
- Paid stock photos, premium plugins, domains, or hosting fees.
- Major redesigns after approval/sign-off.
Ownership & Payment
Ownership: You own your business content, domain name, and brand assets. We retain ownership of our reusable code, internal process, and templates unless a separate full buyout agreement is made.
Launch support guarantee: Every plan includes post-launch support for bug fixes within the listed support window, so your site is stable before handoff is complete.
Active service terms: Setup + Maintenance includes ongoing hosting, updates, backups, and support while your quarterly plan is active. Setup Only and Landing Page are one-time builds and do not include ongoing maintenance after launch.
Cancellation and handoff: If service is canceled, we can provide a handoff or export of your site content within a reasonable timeframe. Any extra migration work or third-party transfer help is quoted separately.
Payment policy: Payment is required to keep managed services active. If payment is late, we may pause support and hosting after a grace period until the balance is cleared. Third-party costs such as domain registration, paid plugins, and external tools are billed separately unless explicitly included.
